With a quick glance behind them to ensure no aliens had to be made into some calamari, they pulled their helmet off and let it drop to the ground beside them. The Doom Slayer flashed him a quick grin before throwing both arms around him, hoisting him from the ground, and planting their lips against his head(helmet?).
They set him back down as swiftly as they’d scooped him up, a few raspy chuckles slipping past their lips. Frankly, it wouldn’t be wrong to say they looked a little sheepish.
