No creature pushes the limit of what could still be considered a frog quite like Myobatrachus gouldii, also known as the turtle frog. The only species of its genus Myobatrachus, the turtle frog has evolved short strong limbs and small eyes that allows it to burrow head-first into the Western Australian sand. Its commonly found near termite mounds, where it busts right in with its strong arms and eats its fill. Images by

Fun fact:
My cat does this too and I was curious as to why so I asked the vet. Apparently your cat is hearing the stutter in your heart beat caused by the sneeze and is making sure you’re okay.
