i don’t have to explain shit! it’s an idea i had and decided to make real and it stings that–not only you, but a lot of people–are calling it cursed. i want to share my ideas but fucking hell everyone’s shitting on it and this is upsetting.

I mean tbh the “cursed” thing generally seems to be a positive reaction? Like you made an unsettling piece of art (with the intent of it being unsettling? or at least ironic/meme-y? I’m assuming?) and the response you’ve gotten is a “congrats OP you have succeeded in making art that is ironic and funny and just mildly unsettling”. I’m not anyone else so I can’t speak for their tags, but judging by the amount of activity it’s gotten it seems like people genuinely enjoy it? I definitely did!

i didn’t take it in a positive light–maybe it’s just my way of thinking. i’m really grateful you apologized, honest! your reasoning seems sound, it’s just the phrasing is usually taken as a joke/weird meme so my brain defaulted to “they think it’s a bad joke” which hurt.
