I often wonder what happened to authors of unfinished fanfictions.

Given my recent experience?

Fandom drama drove them out of the fandom.

That or they thought no one liked their stories anyways so they didn’t bother to finish them.

Copying @spectralarchers tags because it’s true. The fics may still get written, but maybe they don’t get posted anymore which is a true loss for everyone.

i mean sometimes we move on like i’m not going to apologize for not finishing a fic in a fandom i don’t care about anymore.
